Return policy

In the event that you find defects after receiving the item, you are entitled to apply for a full refund within 7 days after your order arrives.  If you return your order after 7 days but within 14 days, instead of a cash refund, you will be offered a voucher equal to the value of your order.

All return windows are valid from the date on which your order arrives with you. Beyond the return window stated above (14 days), please note that the purchased item cannot be returned.
